Shipping Policy

Shipping and returns
All orders are shipped every tuesday with bpost.

Usually it takes 1 to 3 working days for deliveries within Belgium and up to a week for deliveries within Europe. For other destinations, please contact us. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Transport or shipping costs, taxes and other costs (taxes, import duties, …) related to the sale are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. In this case, please contact us at info@manaloa.be.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days after receiving them. Place your order in the original packaging including all original labels and return your package to us:

Please note: we do not reimburse the shipping costs for returned items. In addition, all returned items must be complete and in good condition to receive a refund. Please keep your proof of shipping, we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

1. Place your order in the original packaging including all original labels.
2. Send your return to

3. Once received and approved we will notify you.
4. Your refund will be completed through the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
